This site is dedicated to those who keep talking about quality in software but refuse to initiate any testing team to improve it. To those people who insist on making quality a priority in software but do not advocate testing. If you are one of these people, then this site is for you.

A mobile first starter site.

This starter site is based on Bootstrap - the most popular front-end framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web.

All styling is handled with LESS - a CSS pre-processor, meaning that it extends the CSS language, adding features that allow variables, mixins, functions and many other techniques that allow you to make CSS that is more maintainable, themable and extendable.
